Please give thanks for

• the new Christians in our church family.
• those who faithfully lead and volunteer in our many ministries.
• the Sunday services including Teatime and midweek Bay Ignite services and the way people have heard God speaking.
• the love and care that people experience in the church family.

• lead and guide Anthony and Simon as they plan for and lead our biggest ever Christianity Explained group
• by His Spirit open the eyes of all who attend.
• help people to remember Christianity Explained starts this Thursday.
• lead and guide Denise and the team as the Teatime monthly service runs regularly especially praying that it would continue to attract the unchurched or dechurched.
• continue to lead Simon, Denise and Anthony as they plan, and lead Tuesday and Thursday Bay Ignite.
• Guide all the many volunteers who serve so faithfully in our many ministries.
• continue to bring new people to join our church family so their faith grows, or they come to trust in the Lord Jesus.
• grow faith in our homegroups as most of them are now studying John’s gospel with its teaching focusing on Jesus.
• all those who lead in our homegroups to be led by the Spirit so they can lead as God would have them lead our group.
• the prayer ministry team as they encourage those who come to them for prayer often when life is a struggle.
• the food larder and South Room Hub teams as they continue to reach out to those in need.
• raise us new volunteers where needed especially in the South Room, creche and Junior Church.
• equip those who have recently taken on new roles.

• the excellent leadership day we recently had.
• the way God has helped us focus on what He wants us to do.
• the exciting opportunities we have as we seek to continue to see God’s kingdom grow at Christ Church St Andrews.  

• complete the process that we have started so that a youth minister is appointed this year.
• continue to see how we can better provide children’s and youth work on a Sunday especially differentiating the ages better.
• help us to use the links with our schools to better grow our Sunday and midweek youth and children’s ministries.
• complete the process that we have started so that a full-time stipendiary curate is appointed next year.
• continue to develop a structure that better allows us to recognise, equip and appoint lay leaders of all ages.
• continue to recognise the gifts of new people so that they know that they can contribute to the life of Christ Church St Andrews.
• continue to raise up all the leaders we need for the work God is calling us to do.
• guide us so we continue to do what He wants us to do.
• guide us so that if there are ministries we need to adapt or stop that we would be clear on how to do this.
• help us as we seek to have good ways to assess the progress we are making in these areas.
• give us the wisdom as we seek as leaders and church family to recognise the changes that need to be made as our church family grows in size and breadth.
• help us to encourage those who are finding the change of church family size raises some issues for them.
• help the PCC as it continues to engage with the three things.
