Please give thanks for

• the glorious, good news of Easter that we can share.
• the opportunities that we have to share the good news with those around about us.
• the joy that the Easter message brings to all who understand it.

• the Herne Bay High Assemblies which run for a week. For Anthony as he speaks and that all adults and youngsters will listen.
• the Hampton school services in Easter week. For Anthony as he leads. That we would make good links with the families, and some will join Bay Ignite.
• the Herne Bay Infants service led by Denise next week.
• the Herne Bay Junior service led by Simon with just the children next week.
• God to continue to draw people to our church family over Easter.
• that people would sign up for a post-Easter Christianity Explained group and come to faith through it.
• the Easter Care Home services led by Denise and the team and the service at Richmond Court.
• for Denise and the team involved in these especially the conversations after the service.
• the Maundy Thursday meal and breaking of bread in St Andrews. For the team as they cook.
• for those who attend to meet with God as we start our Easter weekend celebrations.
• the two services on Good Friday to enable us to wonder afresh at the depth of God’s love for us shown in Jesus’ sacrifice.
• the Easter Sunday morning services and praise service to be full of joy and to have many visitors who want to return to and join our church family in the weeks that follow.
• all those who will lead, speak, take part, host our Easter services.

• the growing numbers in many places in our church life.
• the work amongst children and young people.
• the help given to many through the food larder and the South Room Hub.
• the volunteers who make it possible for the church family to both reach out and grow in the faith.

• wisdom for the PCC as we seek to see the way forward on the appointment of a youth and children’s worker.
• the provision of the finances so we can fill this role.
• the right person to be appointed to this role at the right time.
• wisdom for the provision of food at Tuesday Bay Ignites with the increasing numbers.
• more consistency in the attendance of our children and their families.
• wisdom for the Junior Church team with the range of ages we are seeking to serve.
• the increasingly good relationships at Baby and Toddlers to lead to faith conversations with those who do not yet believe.
• the Growing in Faith groups which starts this Thursday with many from the latest Christianity Explained attending.
• those who have completed Christianity Explained and want to be baptised to be properly followed up.
• those who have completed Christianity Explained and are still journeying towards faith.
• those who have asked about baptism and will be followed up after Easter.
• the continued growth of all our Sunday Services at both Christ Church and St Andrews.
• new people to join us at the Thursday Bay Ignite congregation.
• wisdom in the placing of people into homegroups so that all can grow in their faith.
