Please give thanks for

• the Sunday services where many engage with God as we meet.
• the midweek services which help people to meet with God in a different way.
• the increasing numbers of families and young people engaging with our church family.
• the amazing attendance at our Christianity Explained group.

• by His Spirit to call those in the Christianity Explained to faith.
• help us to follow up each person properly so that the next stage of their faith journey is as God would want it to be.
• lead and guide Denise and the team as the Teatime monthly service runs regularly especially praying that it would continue to attract the unchurched or dechurched.
• bless those who serve in the music ministry.
• lead and guide the Baby and Toddler leaders as they engage with people who do not attend any other church events.
• lead and guide Simon and the team as they lead the youth group and that the teenagers would attend each week.
• prepare the hearts of those who should stand at our APCM for the roles of churchwarden, deanery synod members and Pcc members.
• grow faith in our homegroups as most of them are now studying John’s gospel with its teaching focusing on Jesus.
• raise up new leaders for ministries including South Room, Creche, Junior Church and homegroups.
• bless the ladies’ ministry, that all will be encouraged especially through the monthly meetings including the breakfasts.
• encourage the men as they come to church, meet for the monthly breakfasts, sing with other men or attend the fortnightly Bible Study.
• encourage those who serve in ways that are not always noticed but are important to the smooth running of the church.

• the links we have with Church Army Africa.
• the good start to building links with Open Doors and the Bible Society.
• the way the PCC and church family came to the decision to support these organisations.  

• prosper the work of Church Army Africa.
• allow CAA to Strengthen Partnerships: they desire to strengthen existing partnerships and build more new ones to enhance their capacity for more impact and self-sustainability through capacity building of church leaders, clergy, evangelists and training of trainers.
• raise more scholarships for the very needy students in their academic departments.
• provide the funds for the renovation of existing infrastructure.
• help them move to a place where they store and use green energy.
• prosper the work of Open Doors as it supports persecuted Christians.
• stop the crackdown against Christians in China so that Christians are released from prison and not persecuted.
• soften the authorities so that Qatari Christians can practise their faith in freedom.
• protect the Kazakhstan church and its growth, that it would be refined and made more beautiful through its suffering.
• prosper the varied work the Bible Society.
• guide so that, in fast-moving times, Bible Society can respond to new challenges and opportunities in whatever way Christ wants.
• protect Bible Society staff around the world. Many work in difficult and even oppressive situations. Pray for their encouragement
• maintain the unity and efficiency in their mission and activities.
• continue to bless those who are using the Bible course.
• help us communicate well with the church family so wider mission is seen as important.
